Overstimulation feels like anxiety

Understimulation feels like depression

And hyper fixation feels like mania


When we are over or under stimulated, we just find things to justify the anxiety/depression and so we focus on it so we start spiralling.


We could just try to find things for stimulation and maybe we won’t be anxious or depressed as much on a weekly basis...?
